D400 Family & Medical Leave Act (“FMLA”)

Mt. Vernon Community School Corporation and its Board of School Trustees will comply with the Family Medical Leave Act ("FMLA"). The Superintendent /designee will develop administrative guidelines to ensure compliance with current regulations of the FMLA.
